Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

Peanut Butter
Skim Milk

Peel your bananas and break it into chunks before tossing it in the blender. Tip: Make sure your banana isn’t too green or too ripe. Either of these will make your smoothie grainy and the flavor will be quite strong. Add your milk, honey, and peanut butter. Blend, until desired consistency and taste is reached.

Make it Frozen

Add ice to your smoothie to add the cool factor, or better yet, pre-chop, bag and freeze your banana pieces. You'll always have some on hand and they'll not only give your smoothie the freeze effect but add some creaminess as well.
